Collective Immunity

In AP 2, immunity to SARS-CoV-2 is determined at the population level. To generate detailed and reliable data on population immunity, we have built and developed the Sero-Hub infrastructure that integrates population-based data on seroprevalence and SARS-CoV-2 breakthrough- and reinfections. Our goal is to provide information on society's immunity to pandemic pathogens to better predict infection dynamics and better estimate the effectiveness of interventions.
